Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using the website or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase the service.

If you are under 18, you may browse and complete the quiz, but you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian before purchasing. The adult giving consent accepts these terms with you.

2. What the service provides

MyJapanStudyPlan provides a personalized digital research and decision-support report based on the answers you submit, public information, and the human-review level included in your plan.

The service may research cities, universities, English-taught programs, academic interests, publicly listed faculty, costs, housing, general part-time-work planning, and student life. It does not apply to a school, contact a professor as your representative, or make decisions for you.

3. What the service does not provide

Moonlit Creative Limited is not a university, admissions agent, immigration adviser, law firm, financial adviser, medical provider, housing broker, or employment agency. The service does not provide admissions representation, application submission, visa or immigration advice, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or job placement.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide complete and accurate answers and keep your contact information current.
• Do not submit sensitive personal data that is unnecessary for the service.
• Review the plan description and order summary before paying.
• Confirm current eligibility, deadlines, tuition, language requirements, faculty availability, work restrictions, and other important requirements with the relevant official institution or authority before acting.

5. Plans and delivery

The plan shown at checkout controls the number of comparisons, expected report length, review level, price, and delivery target. Starter is delivered within 24 hours, Explorer within 48 hours, and Ultimate within 72 hours after cleared payment and receipt of a complete questionnaire.

If we need clarification to prepare a reliable report, the delivery clock pauses until you provide the requested information. We deliver the PDF to the email address supplied with the order.

6. Payment

Prices are one-time charges in the currency displayed at checkout. Stripe processes the payment on its hosted checkout. Taxes, card charges, and currency conversion may be handled by Stripe and will be shown or governed by its checkout terms where applicable. Personalized research and the delivery period begin only after payment is verified and the questionnaire is complete.

7. Quality-based refund policy

You may request a full refund within 24 hours after the PDF is sent only if the report contains a material factual error, a substantial omission from the plan you purchased, or a serious mismatch with the plan description shown at checkout.

Email myjapanstudyplan@outlook.com within the 24-hour period, identify the affected section, and explain the problem. If the request qualifies, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. We may offer a corrected report, but accepting a correction is your choice.

A recommendation you dislike, a change of mind, failure to read the plan description, a school or authority changing information after our research date, or an admission, visa, scholarship, professor, housing, or employment outcome outside our control does not by itself qualify for a refund.

Duplicate charges and orders cancelled before personalized research begins will be reviewed promptly. Nothing in this section limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Intellectual property and permitted use

After payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable right to use your report for your own study planning. You may share it privately with a parent, guardian, or adviser helping you.

You may not resell the report, publish it as a competing product, remove ownership notices, or commercially redistribute it. You keep ownership of the content you submit and give us the limited permission needed to process it and provide the service.

9. Third-party information and links

Universities, government authorities, professors, housing providers, employers, and other third parties control their own information and decisions. A link or reference does not mean that the third party endorses us or that we endorse every part of its service.

10. No guaranteed outcome

We do not guarantee admission, visa approval, a scholarship, professor supervision, housing, employment, cost accuracy, a deadline, or continued availability of any program. Human review reduces the risk of error but cannot eliminate changes, omissions, or differences in judgment.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Moonlit Creative Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or a report. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a report will not exceed the amount paid for that report.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability or statutory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

12. Misuse and refusal of service

We may suspend or refuse service where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, unlawful content, attacks on the website, or attempted commercial resale. Any refund due under applicable law or these terms remains unaffected.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Hong Kong law. Before starting formal proceedings, you and Moonlit Creative Limited agree to try in good faith to resolve the issue through myjapanstudyplan@outlook.com.

Unresolved disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. This does not take away mandatory consumer rights that apply in the country or region where you live.

14. General terms

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. These terms, the plan description, and the checkout summary form the agreement for the purchase.

We may update these terms for future use of the service. The terms shown when you place an order govern that purchase unless a change is required by law. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer the agreement as part of a lawful reorganization or sale while preserving your rights.
